Vera designs, builds, and maintains software and operates the website at vera-softwares.com. This policy applies to this website and to products or services for which Vera is identified as the operator and which link to this policy.

We also build software for clients. A client-owned product may have its own privacy policy and the client may be responsible for the personal information processed through it. In that case, the client's policy applies instead of this one.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Information you provide. Your name, email address, phone number, company, project details, support messages, and other information you choose to send us.
• Account and service information. If a Vera-operated service includes accounts, we may collect the profile, authentication, transaction, or content information needed to provide that service. The exact fields are shown in the service when collected.
• Technical and usage information. Internet Protocol address, device and browser type, operating system, timestamps, pages or features used, crash data, and security logs generated when you access our website or services.
• Preference information. This website stores your language and light or dark theme choices in your browser's local storage so it can remember them on your device.
• Social media and advertising interactions. If you contact us through, respond to, or submit a form on a social platform or advertisement, the platform may provide us with the information you submitted and campaign or interaction details, subject to your settings and the platform's rules.

The contact form on this website currently opens your own email application with a prepared message. The form is not submitted to a Vera database by the website. The marketing website does not currently set advertising cookies or include the Meta Pixel.

We will respond within the period required by applicable law and will explain if we must keep limited information for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.

You can stop marketing emails by using the unsubscribe method in the message or by contacting us. You can remove this website's saved language and theme preferences by clearing site data in your browser.

10. Children

Vera's website and Vera-operated services are not directed to children under 13 unless a specific service clearly says otherwise and provides any additional notice and parental consent process required by law. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, contact us so we can review and delete it.
